Running for about 77 years now, this stall serving authentic Teochew Fish Ball Noodles is no stranger to many patrons of Amoy Street Food Centre. They used to run at another food court but have since moved here.

Noodles are springy and saucy and portions are quite standard for today’s serving size and what $10 can buy you these days. Other ingredients like a mix of tender fishcakes, minced pork, livers and crunchy shrimp, that decorate your bowl are all just simply delicious. Plus the umami flavours of the sauces will become the reason why lunch hours are pretty long.

Must try dishes: Try the crowd favourite which is their signature dry fish ball noodles. If you want something else maybe try their mee sua version instead. Anyway, you have up to seven noodles to try from, so maybe one variety a day?
